Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum. I'm having my sleeve in October..So nervous! Does anyone have any recommendations for Protein Shakes that are good post op? that are available in australia? :)

NSW sleever here...

I use the Syntrax Matrix in both the strawberry Cream flavour and the Bananas & Cream..

The taste isnt too bad and the price is good...

I get them on eBay thru supps_r_us because they're much cheaper than everyone else and the delivery is free...
