Its fantastic, my surgery was 1 week today, sugars much better, totally normal but still on low dose of insulin. I would like to get completely OFF. Would love if you answered me. Would love if you answered me. @@Madeleine Renee, Hi I wanted to answer your question. Well, I have been on meds for diabetes for about 7 years. I was told by my surgeon that after my RNY i would prolly not need meds and he is right! I was still taking them in the hospital and my sugar was dropping too low so they had me stop them before I even came home. Now that I am getting off just about all my meds I was in before surgery I feel like this is all a blessing and I feel great being off all these pills ????????????
