Hang in there! This could be a good time to start adding some new good habits in to try to get past the cravings. I found going for a walk helped me alot.

Great idea! The evening hours that will help a lot! Surgery is scheduled for next Wednesday, so I am in the home stretch. So excited that my band is gone and I'm getting sleeved! Thanks for the kind words of support!
