shellyd67 198 Posted August 24, 2015 Thought I would share since it is such a struggle to get liquids down. I also cannot stand a frothy, thick Protein shake YUK !! I mixed 1 scoop of chocolate Protein powder 1 tsp. Decaf coffee crystals 1 tsp. cocoa powder 8 oz. 1% milk Blended and then transferred to a jug and refrigerated it for several hours. It is thin and has a chocolate milk consistency. It's the best shake I have had in weeks. Oh the little things that make you happy )
MrsSugarbabe 727 Posted August 24, 2015 When I want a mocha type shake I make something similar. They are yummy, for certain! 1 serving powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate splendor 6-8 oz. skim milk 2-4 oz. cold, brewed coffee (usually leftover from the morning) I find it's not too chocolatey, nor too coffee-y. With the Unjury I can pre-make my shakes for the next day; and, there have been times I've made a shake one morning and didn't get to drink it until 2 mornings later - still tasted good. I know that not all Protein powders are flexible enough to pre-make your shakes.< /p>

MrsSugarbabe 727 Posted August 25, 2015 This morning I made a peach shake with a 1/2 cup of fresh peaches, 8 oz. skim milk and 1/2 serving vanilla unjury and 1/2 serving of unflavored Unjury. It was delicious! I used the Monroe variety of freestone peach. So far it's the best tasting peach I think I've ever eaten!
magicalwoman 190 Posted August 26, 2015 All the shakes sound so yummy. How are you blending? shaker bottles, blender, Ninja? Especially when you use fruits like peaches. Thanks for the info.
