pippinleicester 78 Posted August 24, 2015 These tea bags have recently come on the market in uk,they are made with green tea which I usually cant stand but they have given them lovely flavours including gingerbread, salted caramel, fudge melt and cherry bakewell all of which I love.I dont know if they are on sale outside of the uk but you can buy them on Amazon.Anything that helps me get in more Fluid is great and these are really different and a welcome change.I really dont know if green tea has health benefits but I love the taste of these.Pippinleicester. TealSister 296 Posted August 24, 2015 They sound wonderful! Agree: anything to help with more fluids. My nut/surgeon said no green tea. I'm not sure why, but I'm going to ask at next week's support group meeting. If I get the okay, I'm going to try some of these!
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted August 24, 2015 I am a fan of green tea but even though it is lighter than black tea it still has caffeine. I know that right after my surgery I wasn't suppose to have caffeine. Later my NUT is allowing me one cup of tea a day. If you aren't allowed caffeine, then herbal infusions are great (mint, camomile, and other herb "teas"). I would check with my NUT but these sound good as long as you are getting in enough non-caffeinated Fluid.
