I have been the same way over the last week. I'm going to go back to the early days and focus on liquids and Protein tomorrow! We can do this! We've worked too hard to mess up our progress! food does not taste as good as being thinner feels!

Thank you Mcahp25 great idea I am going to do the same and you are right we came too far to mess up I had surgery April 28 not so far I have been doing so good

First don't beat yourself up about it. We all fall short from glory every now and then. The key is not to over indulge in it. Try to find alternatives, I like Quest Protein chips, it took some getting use to but now their great. I eat pure Protein Bars too, great for that sweet toothe. We just have to switch it up a little bit to continue on the healthy side of life. Trust I have had a snack or 2 lol even a meal or 2 off track but I just don't over do it and get back on track.

I had actually a much better day.. just the lady couple of weeks I have been eating sweets here there but today with your wold of encouragement it gave me a push. Glad today went well for you
