I had no issues at all even as soon as I came home from hospital.

I was told to "baby step" them in the beginning. Bring one foot up and then bring the other foot up to the same stair instead of alternating stairs like you normally would.

"How is it going up and down stairs"

i can go up and down the stairs fine

i will always be hesitant about stairs

scared i will fall due to many knee, femur etc surgeries

but thats my issue, not yours

good luck :)

Ya know .... I wondered that too ... But m doctors office answered for me ...

They are on the 2nd floor ... and there is no ELEVATOR!!!!! UGH !!!!

I said to the receptionist .... " you know everyone who comes here tends to be a larger person, right? So why on earth do you NOT have an elevator?! Especially when you make us come back 2 days after surgery!"

Her reply ... "it's good for you." Tell that to my knees.

I just shook my head.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
