Jean A Enger 3 Posted September 17, 2015 I think the bigger question is, why did you eat something that you weren't supposed to before your surgery. But then again, you didn't ask that question. Jean A Enger 3 Posted September 17, 2015 Who know why I ate . Why does anybody eat ? I know food is my addiction . That's why I had the surgery . I didn't control my food portions . .It was a matter of either live or die and I chose to live by having the surgery . Anyway things are getting better with time . We've all done it. On day two of my liquid diet I was CRAVING real Protein. I ended up eating a can of tuna with dijon mustard. At least it was healthy. After that, I have been strict to the plan. Proud of you and wishing you best of luck.
