Mary Shulby 3 Posted January 22, 2016 At times it seems as though almost everyone IS younger than we are! I have lost years off of my age in the past seven months though! I feel as though I am a new person! I AM a new person!

Deannie 1 Posted February 14, 2016 HI! I am 56 and am planning on surgery May 6. I've been anxiously awaiting to see if my psychologist approved me, she was supposed to get back to me on Friday but didn't. I'm very nervous about the whole process but it helps to read the posts and see people my age going through the same process. I worry because I've been overweight for 20 years and whenever I start losing, I kind of panic and stop whatever I did to lose the weight. And of course gain it back. But I am ready to get my health back. One thing I wanted to mention about pain, I found when I went gluten free, the pain in my back went away, something to do with inflammation caused from gluten. Might be something to try.
