I guess we all have to go with what works best for our individual psyches. Being obsessive about my program is what got me to goal weight, and what will hopefully keep me here. Comicbookguy 26 Posted September 15, 2015 I have a bad habit of weighing myself several times a day to see how my weight fluctuates. For some odd reason my weight seems to be lowest at like 2 am. I was 344 at 2 am yesterday and then by lunch time I was 347. I'm assuming it's only Water weight though. I'm only 4 weeks out and can't eat much. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It is my way of saying I had to much salt the night before, I think about when was the last time I had a bowel movement, how late I ate or pay myself in the back for losing. I never get discouraged. bellabloom 2,467 Posted September 15, 2015 I weigh almost everyday. I hate seeing the number go up so I avoid weighing on days I think it might have because I ate more the day before.
