Hi guys - I'm 4 weeks post op and 15kg down !! Yai me !!! I'm so happy!!! I'd like to know what you all weighed in at 4 weeks??? Am I on the right track or should I have lost more???

Every one is different I am almost 5weeks out and I've lost 40lbs so far... But I'm waiting for another stall
