Question concerning payment and chasebank! Please help!

Hi guys!!!

I am getting sleeved on September 1 by Dr. Altamirano!!!! I am soooo excited!!! =)


I know the only way to make the payment is through Chase Bank and that Paypal is no longer an option however I want to make sure I am paying correctly through Chase Bank before I make the actual payment. If anyone could please walk me through this I would be SO, forever grateful!!!!

Also does anyone know if you can pay with Visa giftcards (obviously splitting tender), I have one and would like to put my remaining balance towards surgery. If not I will just pay by my Debit/Credit card.

We can provide you the account information that is necessary for you to make the Account transfer right to our Chase account. Alternatively, you can wire Transfer from you bank account to ours or we can issue a Chase QuickPay request free of charge,

I checked with the company that processes our credit card charges and we are able to take your VISA gift card by phone with no problem.
