Tauni 4 Posted August 19, 2015 Sleeved June 1st. Have been doing great from the beginning, losing at a good pace- 50 lbs gone. I have been walking 6 days a week 3-5 miles ea day. Then I started to work out, taking Pilates class 2x week and a power (cardio, stretching class) 1x week. The losing train stopped dead in its tracks. I have read so many stories about this happening but it still kind of hurts. I'm going to keep it going and hope for the best. Anybody else doing the same? FrankyG 1,450 Posted August 19, 2015 Welcome to your first (of many most likely) stall! It's completely normal, and to be expected. You should definitely take measurements now (waist, hips, chest, arms, legs) and track that every month along with the weight. When the scale isn't budging, there is a good chance that you're losing fat and gaining muscle - and you should see that both in the way your clothes fit and in the measurements themselves. Keep drinking your Water, eating your Protein and sticking with the food plan you were given and exercising. If you stop losing and don't see any progress measurement wise for longer than a few weeks, then start looking at your diet and cut back on the carbs and see if that doesn't help get the loss kickstarted.
