jennamacd 1 Posted August 18, 2015 I'm still in the pre op stages just finished all my blood tests and evaluations, and now waiting to set a surgery date. But I am starting to freak out! Am I doing the right thing? Should I just try and eat healthy and exercise one more time? I'm scared of the recovery pain. I'm from Canada and flying to Vegas to have my surgery and I don't know if 4 days to recover after is enough... Has anyone else flown so soon after??
OKCPirate 5,323 Posted August 18, 2015 Yes I did, and my only wish was I had not done the extra day, I just wanted to get home in my own bed.

sgibbs 16 Posted August 19, 2015 Had lapband 7 years ago recovery was a breeze. Having sleeve on 26th and I expect a little more discomfort but bearable. I know of one girl who did Zumba a week after the sleeve..that's promising right? It'll be fine.
