WorkinOnMe 596 Posted August 18, 2015 What are you turning to when you are looking to eat something with CRUNCH? I have had issues with some raw veggies, so not sure that is a good option for me. I am usually content with pretty much whatever I eat however, I find myself wanting to really crunch something every now & then.

hockeyfan7 249 Posted August 18, 2015 I make "cheese" crackers. 275 degree oven, break slices of cheese into smaller pieces, put on parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes. Makes the cheese crunchy like a cracker. You can bake longer if you want them crunchier. Protein and crunch all in one. I've used cheddar, swiss, havarti, colby jack. rnsamantha 352 Posted August 18, 2015 I've made the baked cheese too. 1 tsp of whatever kind you like baked on parchment paper for 7-10 mins at 350. Makes great dip for hummus.
TammyDTM 391 Posted August 21, 2015 A fresh crisp apple!
brandeett 52 Posted August 21, 2015 I'm not into the regular food phase yet, but I would say celery with some PB2, carrots, apples, and almonds. I have tried the ice chips as suggested above, and that is working for now (while at this phase).

Mandyctr 75 Posted August 22, 2015 Quinoa chips!!! They're REALLY good, as good as regular chips and 9 grams of Protein and 130 calories. I found them last week at Burlington Coat Factory (I know, random) and I'm glad I tried them. Haven't looked for them in the grocery store yet but I'm betting on them not being too hard to find. jess9395 5,449 Posted August 22, 2015 Yes the quinoa chips are good and I found lentil ones at costco the other day and they are yummy! Dried/dehydrated veggies (beets, zucchini, carrots), fresh veggies, Quest makes Protein chips (not my favorite).
