MarciaN 391 Posted August 18, 2015 You can definitely have a pity party! Who said Life is Fair. Embrace those feelings and work through them. (in the past, many of us would "eat our emotions". I am trying to actually embrace my feelings now and know that these are normal. I just don't need to numb these with food. So... yell a little, acknowledge how unfair it is and then eat something healthy, exercise and move on. (of course this is easier said than done but our new healthy selves know that we can do it!)
