Has anyone ever heard of cigna requiring a BMI of 41 w/ no comorbilities? I'm confused by this thinking I heard her wrong... calling back tomarrow. Just thought I'd ask you guys first, thanks!

I have a BMI of 38 and I got approval today from Cigna but I do have high blood pressure and sleep apnea. I did read a BMI of 40 or higher no comorbidities.
