Feeling full or what?

Almost anything & everything I eat I have some discomfort going down. I don't know if this is because I'm full. I'm not really in check with what my body is telling me since the surgery. I've been extremely conscious with how much I eat and have yet to vomit or anything, I just don't know if that uncomfortable feeling is just from surgery or telling me that I'm full?

My doctor says, I eat to fast, I don't chew enough, and sometimes - because I eat to fast - I eat a bite or two to much. I get stomach aches, and sometime sick. I'm 2 1/2 years out. I'm getting better about it though.

I get same feeling I use that as my full signal

Im going to go ahead take it as that too! But I'm definitely going to ask my doctor on Wednesday.

Slow when you eat. Take a small bite, put down your fork.. make yourself really chew well, and wait until its all they way down. before trying another bite.
