my_new_lifetime 64 Posted August 16, 2015 (edited) Hi there! I'm approaching my third week and I haven't lost weight in three days. I have heard about a stall on the third week but I'm wondering what I can do about it. Does anyone have any advice? Did this happen to any of you? Please advise! Thank you! ???? Engteacher 158 Posted August 16, 2015 Just hang in there. It's absolutely normal and is to be expected as our bodies adjust. Just stick with the rules and know that it will pass. I was stuck at 210 for almost two weeks just four weeks after surgery. The scale finally started to move again and I'm down another six pounds. It happens to everyone. Don't panic. Like @@Inner Surfer Girl said, keep getting your fluids and protien, stay off the scale for a while and let it pass. Nothing more you can do at this point. DianeSav 10 Posted August 17, 2015 I eat no processed food. low carb. Ill have 3 oz of Protein and a scoop of veg. Ill have my Protein shakes. I get in 80-100 gms of Protein and get in my 64 oz of liquid. I go to zumba 2 times a week. treadmill and stair climber and yoga or pilates. no weight lifting yet. not cleared.
