9 days post op and still weak need to walk but cannot very far when does this get better?

Niki I am losing 1lb about every 2-3 days. It's slow but I'd rather have it that way. Gives our body time to adjust and hopefully have less loose skin.

It took me quite a while to feel better after the surgery. I was off of work for 3 weeks after surgery and was exhausted most of the time. It was a struggle to just wash my hair in the shower! However, I did get better after about a month, it just took me a little longer than others. I feel great now and have plenty of energy. Hang in there and try to do a little bit every day. You'll be feeling better soon. Good Luck!!
