itstimealready 180 Posted October 5, 2015 My surgery is oct 26 and i LOVE hearing people's journeys, especially long termers! I can't really stand more than about a half hour or my feet hurt like crazy. I know this will get better as the weight comes off but getting an hour of walking in will be a challenge! When I met with nurse last she said I wasn't getting enough calories or protein in but I try to snack a lot. Please help!!! I have lost 33 lbs in 4 months (in a stall the last month). Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process. Calling your NUT when it concerns you is a good idea. She gave you some great advice.
