So I've been having dihareea so I heard Gatorade was good, I couldn't find sugar free Gatorade, is it okay to consume Gatorade with sugar? I heard if you dilute it, it could help? Shall I stay away from it, will it decrease my weight loss?

Should I drink it or no?

Yeah my country doesn't have a lot of choices, but I'm surprised they didn't have sugar free, I didn't look my dad did. I told him to look for sugar free Gatorade maybe he didn't look hard enough? Idk! But shall I stay away from it? Or would 1/2 cup a day not hurt

Try PowerAide Zero if you can find it. Otherwise just go with Gatorade to help for now. I wouldn't drink it on a regular basis but sometimes you need to step outside the rules a little to get healthy.

It's the only thing I have been able to get down since surgery and has helped a lot to recover I say drink it!

What you want is Powerade Zero or G2. However, if you are only a couple of days out from surgery, the extra calories from full-sugar Gatorade will only help, not hurt. Just don't make a habit of it! And do dilute it with Water, 50/50. My nutritionist told me I was allowed to have juice, gatorade, Vitamin water, etc. in the first few days post-op as long as I mixed it with water.

I agree with others here. Also you could try to find Pedialyte
