tam_mandala 33 Posted August 13, 2015 I am in the first month of my 6 month wait for insurance purposes. I Houghton would start this month right and start changing habits - eating better, getting back into an exerfise routine and instead I've been eating every damn thing in sight! I need to snap out of it... I need to find some discipline.

VSGAnn2014 12,992 Posted August 17, 2015 My advice -- open a www.myfitnesspal.com, don't make friends with anyone on it (that way, only you see it) and use that tool to plan and record your meals and everything you eat and drink. That's what I did pre-op, and it was such an eye-opener. If you want to acquire a healthier lifestyle, you certainly can. Many have done it before, me included. This can be done. jane13 2,256 Posted August 17, 2015 @@Jessica Ellison-Correa - try dipping the fork in the dressing and then taking a bite of salad. Butter is a bit trickier u can try the I cannot believe its not butter spray, but I just as soon do without. I season my food with other things like chili powder, pepper, etc...
