Premier protein shakes on sale

Recommended Posts

Disclaimer I do work at costco. But I make no money on your purchase.

I have started my WLS journey while I was out of work for a head injury. So the 1st thing I did when I got back was check on the Protein shakes. I knew they carried the premier vanilla. Well now they have strawberry chocolate and vanilla

18 to a case of the 11 oz shakes. Is $19.99 Non members can order on line also.

Thanks for sharing! I didn't know that you could order online without a membership! This is great!

I am in a single household and it makes no sense for me to purchase a membership for no more than I buy! Just bought two packs of these online...and free shipping!!!

Thanks for the info. They do charge a surcharge for non-members, and tax. The total for mine is $22.29, which is still better than the $24.99 regular price... and you can't beat free shipping.

Browneyedgirl.. If you live close to my one it may be worth it to look in to a basic 55$ membership the Pharmacy savings alone keep a lot of single senior citizens costco ,eye glasses ,contacts, ect..and the shakes,Vitamins. You can split it with a friend..55 gets you 2 people on the card . the one they pout on 1st is considered the boss gets the bill and coupons in the mail and can make changes to the card. Just a thought if it is local enough for you to check out

Pinkgirl...I actually enjoy the Vanila and chocolate.. If they are ICE cold. I have not had the strawberry yet. I have had the HMR stuff in the past and its OK, slimfast was gross shakeology from beachbody was wretched for comparison. If you don't like it you can return it to any Costo for a full refund.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
