random girl 6 Posted August 12, 2015 (edited) What did your Protein, carbs, fats, and calories look like around this time? Mine: 650-800 cal 70-90 protein 50 or less carbs and 40 or less fat grams. alisiak 25 Posted August 13, 2015 I'm at 6 weeks and only getting about 500 calories. Stay focused more on lean Protein, that helped me when I stalled too.
