I have dropped 20# in two weeks since surgery. liquid diet really doing it

was 286# day before surgery and down to 264# today

4 weeks post op and went from 246 to 219.2. That is a total of 26.8 pounds in 4 weeks! I am so excited! I feel great and notice the difference. I have more energy as well.
