How long out of work?

I was out Tuesday through Friday, back to work on Monday. I planned 2 weeks, but only needed less than 1.

I only planned for 1 week then I had a setback and ended up two weeks. I was exhausted my first day back but after a few days gets better. But I do go home tired. Just drink your fluids and incorporate your Protein and you can go back 1-2 weeks with no setbacks. I am 36 so I bounce back fairly well.
