I'm still pre-op but I talked to the dietitian yesterday, and she told me that the adult gummies were fine to take post-op too. I also take the Costco brand. Stevehud 1,790 Posted August 13, 2015 No Gummi's -- can cause a clog in your anastamosis. just an FYI there is no anastomosis in sleeve surgery. Only in a RNY or Bypass. and for the record, i use flintstones with Iron and an Iron supplement. you just take two chewable. they taste just fine. But vitacraves make a sugar free Gummy that was okayed by my nut as well, my wife takes them as she is/was pre etic. also there is a vegan chewable iron that is actually quite good.
