kaysunshine 47 Posted August 9, 2015 Can I use whole milk in my pudding?
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted August 9, 2015 Probably not a good idea. What does your NUT say? I prefer 1% myself.

chasingpolaris321 214 Posted August 9, 2015 I use 1% milk in sugar free pudding. Whole milk seems like a less nutritious choice, and would make me feel sick because it's so rich. That's just my two cents
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted August 9, 2015 That means I can have chocolate pudding????? sugar free Chocolate. I also like the WonderSlim dark chocolate. You make it with Water and it already has Protein in it. I also sometimes add PB2 to it.

Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted August 9, 2015 That means I can have chocolate pudding? ???? To clarify, I could have it post-op starting with full liquid phase. Definitely go by your NUTs instructions though.

mommyfrog3 41 Posted August 11, 2015 I have found that almond milk works great. It's only 30 calories for a cup(use the unsweetened) compared to skim milk that is 90. And it tastes good in pudding!
kaysunshine 47 Posted August 11, 2015 I spoke with a punch of people today....including my Nut. Thanks for the tips
