Here in Kentucky we are blessed with an abundance of local food sources, from farmer's markets to local food producers.

What are your favorite WLS friendly resources.

In central Kentucky we have lots of small Amish stores. My favorite is near Harrodsburg (Kountry Kupboard). They have a great selection of deli meats and cheeses. Another is Yoder's in Lincoln County.

I am heading to Kountry Kupboard this week hopefully for the first time post-op so will be looking carefully to see what goodies fit in my program.

I am also planning to get some me eats at Marksbury Farm soon.
