io0oi 6 Posted August 8, 2015 When in the beginning do they typically do the weigh in? Do they do more than one? I am at 40 bmi (no co-morbidities) and I am so afraid of dropping below. I've been at 40 for a long time but my nerves might make me lose a few pounds. I guess I just want to be prepared. Thank you!
Elode 8,093 Posted August 8, 2015 @ Put some ankle weight on before you get on the scale and call it good! I had the same problem, I have to gain 8 lbs and stay at a 40 BMI throughout my 3 month "supervised diet" , what a joke. I ate way worse than I ever did in that 3 months just to stay above. First Check in was 258 by the time of surgery I was 267. I was approved 1st time
io0oi 6 Posted August 8, 2015 Ha! I wonder if I could use weights if I wore loose enough clothing! ???? and it's true, I'm eating more than I usually do...just to keep from dropping. I have to do a 4 day food diary and I'm embarrassed what it will look like. I am going to have to sit there blankly when the NUT goes over it. ????
