Lucky Dog 32 Posted August 7, 2015 And lost a wopping 147 lbs.. 32'' waist.... sometimes I can't even believe it.. I truly believe surgery I'd still just a piece of the puzzle a tool.. diet / (gave up all DRINKING) my awesome nutritionist and lots o exercise.. my energy is still of the chart..
