Now how do you stop!...my tummy says NO but my head and taste buds say YES.. how do you all deal with desire to keep eating. I only cook 1/4 cup only eat 1/2 of it. Measure out your portion, and stop when you're done (or feel satiated). Put the rest away. It takes some getting used to, but you'll get the hang of it.
