Need help with exercise

Since creating this thread, I'm up to two 30 minute sessions a day. I have even upped the resistance on my bike. It was really my legs were just not used to the exercise.

That is amazing and really awesome progress!!

Amazing!

I love your pillow trick, and your grit.

Maybe your doc can write you a letter saying you require exercise for your health.

A letter like that can get you reduced fees at a local pool (hotel or public)

With exercise I've found, you need to do the things you enjoy.
