My name is Diane and i live in fla. I was just banded on june 26th and saw my doctor and all is going well.

My doctor told me to start eating muchie food due to i have been so hungrey. My Great Doctors are Dr Gary Bunch and Dr Jose Erbella from the Bradenton Surgery Weight Lose Office in Bradenton Fla.

Im doing good and would like to get some ideas about muchie foods and if people have been eating it meal plans im lost here . Any ideas would make me feel better and how they handled going back to work and what did they take and eat. I go back to work tomorrow and im alittle nervous.

Hi Diane, you can eat apple sauce, oatmeal, tuna/chicken salad, yogurt, scrambled eggs, Protein Shakes, pudding, anything that is soft or mushy like Beans so is a good one. Hope this helps.
