Pre-op liquid protein diet

What Protein Shakes do you guys recommend? I tried pure Protein and it wasn't as bad 35g of protein

I've just ordered three tubs of Syntrax Matrix 2.0 Protein powder..

banana Cream x 2

Strawberries & Cream x 1

Total cost delivered is $161AU..

These are the two best tasting (or least offensive) powders that I've found.

Approx 23r Protein and 110cal per serve.

I have at least four shakes a day as I struggle with the meat eating thing at this stage..

I'm sure others will have differing opinions, but this is what works best for me...

Thank you ... I tried Isopure and pure protein I've been using a flavorless powder and I mix it with food and juice but it tastes like cardboard lol

I drink premier for a grab and go, but also purchased GENEPRO on ebay. Its a tasteless Protein Powder you can add to anything and one lil scoop is 30g
