Surgery date set August 24th Husband set for September 3rd ????????????????

It just got real!!!!! We go next Wednesday for pre- op. I am so excited & nervous at same time. It really hit me this is a life style change. My husband will needs lots of prayers he starts liquid diet day I have surgery...tried to talk him into waiting till the following week but nope he is set for 10 days from mine.

I have ordered him a electric thermos so he can have his liquids at hospital and not have to go to restaurants and be tempted. ????????????????????☕️☕️ #NewUS2015

Congrats! How exciting. And nice that you have someone right there with you experiencing the same things!! I can't wait for my date. I started this process in April and I am seeing the surgeon next week for referral for pre-op testing. Keep us posted on both your progress!
