Hang in there! I had Aetna and was approved without much issue. My program knew that Aetna required 3 months of a supervised diet. I the time of submitting to insurance I had 3 weeks of classes, surgeon consult, psych eval, 2 NUT visits - All were in person and I weighed in for most except for the pysch eval. This process was March - June. The admin at the office said Aetna can be sticklers and count out the 3 months exactly, so I had to time my appointments so it covered it!
