kimby1029 119 Posted August 4, 2015 First questions would be are you getting in all of your Protein and Water each day? How do you feel? What does your nutritionist say? Are you exercising too?

VSGAnn2014 12,992 Posted August 4, 2015 Sounds good to me. At 3 months out I was under 200 pounds and averaging 800 calories and 75 grams of Protein a day. I ramped up to 1,000 cals / 85 grams of Protein a day at Month 5.
LisaPunkinHead 187 Posted August 5, 2015 I can't tell what's good because I'm not a man. I am almost six months out and I still get under 800 a day. No troubles from that, I get plenty of Protein and fluids and I can run a 10k.
