Wow it came so fast. On my way to the hospital for my gastric bypass. Any last words/ recommendations for me? Im soo nervous???? wish me luck!

Good luck on your surgery. After the operations try and walk as much as possible (once every 2 hours) to get the kinks out. The popsicles will taste good.

Good Luck! Just relax and walk when you can. Other than that try and get as much sleep and rest up.
