It does have a "taste" and it is gritty so it best to add it to something that can mask it, like a shake. butterfli78 14 Posted August 5, 2015 My nutritionist also recommended a probiotic to get things moving if you get my drift. I use inner-eco Dairy free Probiotic kefier. I like the berry flavor.
