magicalwoman 190 Posted August 2, 2015 Hi John, WOW this could almost be me. My surgery is on September 9th. Our family is going on a camping trip next week, and when I come back I will begin my presurgery diet Aug. 14 - Sept 8. I plan on mine diet looking much the same, except I think I will have a lean cusine diner (less than 250) for dinner. My Protein shakes will be simple, and my Snacks will be a cup of Jello. Good luck to you. Please keep sending updates. My best.
FocusOnMeNow 599 Posted August 2, 2015 I'm starting my liquid diet as well. My NUT also suggested I eat a banana every day to keep up potassium.
