OK, I'm in too. Starting mid month but I used the weight from the beginning of the month, which is when the challenge started. I can correct this if needed. My weigh in day is Wednesday.

ONE POUND LOSING!!!! Great, and youuuuuuuuuu betcha, one pound gone is better than one pound on you a$$!!!!!! LOL..good job!!! I too am hoping to see some kind of movement on the scale this Thursday!!!! I did a one pounder last week too!!!

Hey just checking in unfortunately. You guys are doing fantastic.. I've been stuck, I don't think I've been eating right or enough so today I increased my cals and trying to add a whole grains and fruit. Hopefully monday it will show.

i usually do either Monday or Wednesday. Any day is fine with me.

the only 'guideline' to this challenge is to copy the most recent stats to add your own.

everyone is doing a great job!
