Thanks! I think I'll make it to goal, but unfortunately I haven't lost the last few pounds in the best possible way. I had a fill on Tuesday and haven't been able to eat any solids since. I guess I'm too tight. I'll call the doc Monday, if it doesn't improve. But hey, a loss is a loss right?

Schwoo! Just ate some cottage cheese and a scoop of turkey salad. It all went down well and stayed down well. I think I may have just tried to eat too much too fast, no chewed enough, whatever yesterday. So, I'm so relieved I can eat solids if I take my time. I think this may just be my first taste of some real restriction! :whoo:

isnt restriction a wonderful thing? of course the worker in our cafe today looked at me crazy when i asked for 1/2 a scoop of tuna salad... i actually only ate about 1/2 of it, saving the rest for my dinner or something ...
