Update: Down 1.5 this week so now I am officially in the 30's!!!!! 230 that is.....but the 30's non the less!!!!

Everyone is doing such a good job in kicking their weights butt!!!! Lets see here we have 4 weeks and 4 days left in this challenge. Let's see if we can surpass our goals and get MORE weight off than we planned!!!! This challenge is great! I hope you all find it as inspirational as I do!!
