@@Licia'sjourney Glad you have blood work and a check up coming up. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of why you might still be struggling with fatigue at 7 weeks. Maybe your body is still recovering and adjusting and it's just a matter of a little more time needed to find the right balance.

@@Licia how tall are you? I had my 6 week check up yesterday and recovery has been great except I am tired all the time. Im 5'10 and my doctor asked how many calories I was eating. I told her 700-800 and she said no wonder you're tired, you're not eating enough! She said with my height I should be eating around 1200 calories a day. Scary but I'm gonna try it and see what happens. I haven't lost anything the last week so it can't hurt.

^{I was so tired the first 4 weeks ... like other people said .. taking a shower ... WOW ... I had to nap afterward! And they tell you to walk walk walk .... I wanted to cry everytime ... it was such an effort just to hold my head up .... I just wasn't taking in enough "fuel" to keep me going ... and I wasn't drinking enough either ... so make sure you SIP SIP SIP ... SO IMPORTANT !!!}

^{After the 3rd week ... I came back to work ... I work full time as an office manager ... and coming back to work was the best thing for me ... it really made me push through it and focus on other things rather than how crappy I was feeling .... and now ... 6 weeks out ... I'm good as new !}

@ - Im 5'6" and am eating consistently around 800-850 and occasionally 900-1000. I think when I upped my calories to the 800+ range it helped me to lose better but I have not seen much improvement in energy.
