byebyefat 262 Posted July 30, 2015 Next friday is my final nutritionist visit/ wiegh in, I only have 3 pounds 9 oz to loose but I'm totally freaking out, I went to the gym today and I also went for a jog/walk, I'm Just so nervous Like i KEEP thinking crazy thoughts ,like what if I only loose 2 pounds not the entire 3 pounds n 9 oz , its only a little bit but ugh, its a requirement from my insurance, I have lost altogether in 6 months 30 pounds , this last basically 4 pounds should be nothing right ??? lmm300missouri 95 Posted July 30, 2015 Ok I lost during the six months but are waiting for egd then surgery in August. I found a movie of the actual surgery and half watching it made me calmer vs so nervous. I actually have to stay within my bmi or may get disqualified. They don't make any of the requirements easy.
