Woodland4807 13 Posted July 29, 2015 So I was going to go for my walk this evening because it was so hot and humid today but now it's raining...suggestions on exercise I can do inside? I'm post-op 2 weeks.
wantingabetterlife 364 Posted July 29, 2015 This is a good, low impact video that you do indoors. I live in Florida, so I know about rain ruining your walking time! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oqf5o2OW3XM
KindaFamiliar 3,867 Posted July 29, 2015 Strangely enough, the sleeve isn't affected by the rain. Just walk in the rain.. It's only Water.. You'll dry off!! I know, I know... I'm not much help.. But in my defense, I never claimed to be...

ShrinkingPeach 1,291 Posted July 29, 2015 Leslie Sansone has DVD's that are for walking inside. It is hot and humid here and I do my walking inside. They go all the way up to 6 miles I think.
Dub 9,922 Posted August 7, 2015 Never rains in the gym......although I've seen the power go out during a thunderstorm. Things became crowded quickly on the indoor track. I have to walk there or at work. The uneven pavement around the neighborhood is hell on my knees. Nice safe concrete surface at work...or the shock absorbing belt on the gym's treadmills.
