Hi, Tomorrow will be 3 weeks post op, I have had a great experience so far, I am very hard on myself and get on the scale all the time, I am down 17 pounds since surgery and almost 30 since 2 week post op, just FYI to help others the scale did not move for 3 days but then dropped 4 pounds so if you are experiencing this hang in there!

I am now starting to get hungry, last night i woke up in the middle of the night starving!

I am still mainly having plain yogurt mixed with a bit of fruit (blended) and either the primer shakes 30g Protein 160 calories or shakes from Dietician.

I am experiencing headaches that feel like hunger headaches, The surgeon said only a little liquid tylenol. I am having 650-800 a lories most days and more than the 64 of Water.< /p>

What di you do for headaches, also and I know ppl feel this way a lot…How many calories are did you have or are having at 3-4 weeks out

and what kind of foods? i had some tuna with cottage cheese and it went down fine but it sat in tummy ,too soon?

thanks.

I'm just over 4 weeks out. I have the occasional headache and take Tylenol for it. I actually find I have less headaches now than when I was in my preop diet. Calories are still a struggle for me, I get between 500-710 per day, and it's work to get them. I drink between 60-80 oz of Water per day, but it's usually closer to 60 than 80...it sounds like you're doing better than me with you water and calories!!
