Compression garments.....does anyone hear wear them

Recommended Posts

So as I am working out more and losing a so far consistent 6lbs per week, I am starting to worry more about the whole loose skin issue. I was looking into compression/binder garments to kinda help keep everything in and start shaping out the body. I know that this won't stop the whole loose/excessive skin that I will eventually have to deal with, but I am willing to try anything I can to help reduce the amount as humanly possible before going the surgery route. Mainly asking the guys on here, but would gladly leave this open for anyone to chime in here on, have you used compression/binder garments before and how would you rate their success rate?

Here are some examples of things I am look at:

You also might want to post this in the men's forum too. I think a lot of guys go in there. I know I lived in Latin America and they do market these for men as well. My husband told me several gentle men in the gym wore them. Wishing you the best!

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
